These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Whyper website, software, digital products, services, community services, marketplace, and related features (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, purchasing a Product, accessing the Services, or otherwise using Whyper, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
- "Whyper", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the Whyper platform and its operators.
- "User", "you", or "your" refers to any person accessing or using the Services.
- "Product" refers to any software modification, subscription, script, configuration, digital product, or other digital service offered through Whyper.
- "Subscription" refers to a time-limited license to use a Product.
- "WHPC" refers to Whyper's internal digital platform currency.
- "Reseller" refers to an independently operating person or entity authorized to resell Whyper Products.
- "Merchant" refers to a participant in Whyper's merchant system.

2. Nature of the Services
Whyper provides digital software modifications and related tools primarily intended for multiplayer game environments, including software intended for educational, research, testing, development, experimentation, and private-use purposes.
Whyper does not represent or guarantee that the use of any Product is permitted by a particular game, game developer, publisher, server operator, platform, or other third party.
You are solely responsible for determining whether your intended use of a Product is permitted in the environment in which you use it.
Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as a representation that a particular use of a Product is lawful, permitted by a third party, or compliant with the rules of a particular game or service.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
An account may be required to access certain Services or Products.
When you create an account you must confirm that you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Optional analytics cookies are described in the Privacy Policy and are controlled by the on-site cookie banner (Consent Mode); rejecting analytics does not block account registration.
You agree to:
- provide accurate information when creating an account;
- keep your login credentials secure;
- not share your account with another person;
- not permit another person to access your account;
- not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account;
- notify Whyper if you believe your account has been compromised.
Each account is intended for use by a single individual.
Account sharing is prohibited.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity occurred as a direct result of unauthorized access that was not caused by your own negligence or violation of these Terms.
4. Product Purchases, Subscriptions and Freezing
Whyper Products may be offered as time-limited subscriptions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase:
- subscriptions do not automatically renew;
- a subscription expires when its purchased period ends;
- purchasing another subscription constitutes a new purchase;
- no recurring payment authorization is created by a standard subscription purchase.
The price displayed on the official Whyper purchasing platform at the time of purchase is the price payable for that purchase.
Whyper reserves the right to change its prices, Products, subscription durations, and available purchasing options at any time.
Changes to pricing do not retroactively alter purchases that have already been completed.
Subscription Freezing
Whyper may provide a Subscription Freeze function for eligible Products.
A user may freeze an active Product subscription. While a subscription is frozen:
- subscription time does not continue to elapse;
- the affected Product cannot be used;
- the remaining subscription time is preserved.
A subscription must remain frozen for a minimum of 24 hours before it may be unfrozen.
After a subscription has been unfrozen, it must remain active for at least 3 days before it may be frozen again.
The Freeze system is provided as a platform feature and may be subject to technical limitations or reasonable operational restrictions.
Any attempt to manipulate, circumvent, abuse, or exploit the Freeze system is prohibited and may result in account restrictions or permanent termination.
5. Product Access
The normal purchase process may consist of:
- creating or accessing a Whyper account;
- selecting a Product;
- completing payment;
- reviewing the relevant Product documentation and setup guides;
- following the applicable installation or usage instructions;
- using the Product during the purchased subscription period.
Whyper Products may be provided through commands, scripts, software components, or other technical delivery mechanisms.
Whyper does not necessarily provide a conventional standalone "loader" application. Product-specific instructions may instead require the use of a PowerShell command or another documented delivery mechanism.
Users are expected to read the applicable guides before attempting to use a Product.
Failure to follow the published setup instructions may result in the Product not functioning correctly and does not automatically constitute a technical failure by Whyper.
6. Technical Functionality
Whyper's responsibility with respect to Products is limited to providing the Product substantially in accordance with its advertised functionality and the applicable documentation.
Whyper does not guarantee that a Product will:
- remain compatible with a game indefinitely;
- remain undetected;
- remain functional following third-party updates;
- function on every computer or configuration;
- function alongside every third-party application;
- function in combination with every antivirus or security product;
- function in every game or server environment.
Game developers, publishers, anti-cheat providers, operating-system vendors, antivirus providers, and other third parties may modify their software or security systems at any time.
Such changes may affect Product functionality without any action by Whyper.
7. Detection and Detection Status
Any statement regarding the detection status of a Product represents Whyper's current knowledge at the time the statement is made.
Detection status is not a guarantee.
A Product may become detectable without prior notice. A third party may also delay the detection of a Product or identify it at a later point in time.
Whyper therefore makes no guarantee that any Product is, or will remain, undetected.
Whyper may immediately:
- disable a detected feature;
- remove a detected feature;
- suspend a Product;
- temporarily take a Product offline;
- modify a Product;
- replace functionality.
Such actions may be taken without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect the Product, the platform, or users.
8. Third-Party Software and Ban Risks
Certain software or processes running on a user's computer may increase the risk of detection or other consequences.
Examples may include, without limitation:
- reverse-engineering software;
- debuggers;
- development tools;
- programming or analysis software;
- memory-analysis tools;
- antivirus or endpoint-security software;
- anti-cheat software;
- other security or monitoring software.
This list is not exhaustive.
A user is responsible for understanding the software environment in which they operate a Product.
Whyper does not guarantee that a user will not receive a game, server, platform, or account restriction as a result of using a Product or operating software alongside it.
Where a user believes that a restriction or detection has occurred, the applicable circumstances may be reviewed through Whyper's support system.
Any decision concerning whether a restriction should be considered final is made by Whyper on a case-by-case basis.
Violations of these requirements, intentional circumvention of security measures, or conduct that creates a significant risk to Whyper may also result in a permanent exclusion from Whyper, including termination of access to Products, Services, and associated accounts.
9. Game and Platform Restrictions
Whyper is not responsible for:
- game bans;
- server bans;
- platform bans;
- account restrictions;
- loss of access to third-party services;
- loss of virtual items;
- loss of game progress;
- other penalties imposed by third parties.
Any compensation, extension, replacement, or other assistance provided by Whyper following such an event is provided solely at Whyper's discretion and does not establish an obligation to provide similar compensation in another case.
10. Product Downtime and Updates
Whyper may temporarily suspend a Product for:
- maintenance;
- updates;
- security reasons;
- game updates;
- detection investigations;
- infrastructure changes;
- technical problems;
- other operational reasons.
Where a Product is temporarily unavailable due to circumstances attributable to Whyper, the affected subscription period may be frozen or extended so that users do not lose subscription time as a result of the applicable downtime.
If Whyper determines that a Product can no longer reasonably be updated or maintained, Whyper may, at its discretion:
- transfer the remaining subscription to another Whyper Product;
- compensate the remaining value through WHPC;
- provide another suitable solution.
The specific remedy remains at Whyper's discretion.
11. Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not provided merely because a user:
- changes their mind;
- no longer wants a Product;
- receives a game or server ban;
- encounters a third-party restriction;
- fails to follow the provided setup instructions;
- uses incompatible third-party software;
- experiences consequences caused by their own environment or actions.
A refund may be considered where a technical failure attributable to Whyper prevents the purchased Product from being provided or functioning as advertised and Whyper is unable to provide a reasonable solution.
Whyper may attempt to resolve technical issues before a refund is considered.
Once a technical failure has been reasonably excluded, no refund is owed on that basis.
Any refund or compensation outside these circumstances is discretionary.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Abuse
Unauthorized chargebacks, fraudulent payment disputes, payment manipulation, or abuse of payment systems are prohibited.
Whyper reserves the right to permanently restrict or terminate accounts involved in payment abuse.
A payment dispute does not automatically create an entitlement to continued access to Products or Services.
13. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not use the Services to:
- commit fraud;
- abuse payment systems;
- manipulate or exploit Whyper's systems;
- circumvent technical restrictions;
- circumvent account restrictions;
- share accounts or licenses;
- redistribute Products;
- resell Products without authorization;
- exploit vulnerabilities for unauthorized purposes;
- harass Whyper personnel;
- threaten Whyper personnel;
- dox or attempt to expose private information concerning Whyper personnel or other users;
- spam Whyper systems;
- abuse the support system;
- submit knowingly false reports;
- manipulate giveaways or promotional events;
- interfere with Whyper infrastructure;
- attempt to compromise the security of Whyper;
- bypass authentication or licensing mechanisms;
- circumvent a permanent Whyper exclusion.
This list is not exhaustive.
Whyper may determine whether conduct constitutes abuse or a violation of these Terms based on the circumstances of the case.
14. Bugs, Vulnerabilities and Exploitation
Users are expected to report bugs, vulnerabilities, exploits, or other unintended behavior affecting Whyper Products or Services through the appropriate Whyper support channels.
Users must not intentionally exploit an unreported bug, vulnerability, or unintended behavior for personal benefit, financial gain, unauthorized access, additional Product time, WHPC, or any other advantage.
Where a user discovers an unintended behavior that provides an advantage or otherwise negatively affects the integrity of Whyper, the user must report it before intentionally benefiting from or distributing the exploit.
Knowingly exploiting an unreported bug or vulnerability for personal enrichment may result in permanent exclusion from Whyper without refund.
This includes, without limitation:
- exploiting subscription or licensing errors;
- generating unauthorized WHPC;
- circumventing payment requirements;
- obtaining unauthorized Product access;
- extending subscription time through unintended behavior;
- manipulating the Freeze system;
- exploiting Marketplace functionality;
- exploiting Merchant or Affiliate systems;
- distributing an exploit to other users.
Whyper may determine whether behavior constitutes intentional exploitation based on the available circumstances and evidence.
15. Staff Discretion and Protection of the Platform
Whyper staff members and authorized representatives may take action against a user where reasonably necessary to protect the security, integrity, stability, reputation, or continued operation of the Whyper platform.
In exceptional circumstances, Whyper staff may restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate a user's access even where the specific conduct does not fall neatly within a listed violation of these Terms, provided that the action is reasonably related to the protection of Whyper, its users, staff, infrastructure, Products, or business operations.
Such actions may include:
- temporary restrictions;
- Product access restrictions;
- account suspension;
- permanent account exclusion;
- removal from community platforms;
- cancellation of associated access.
Whyper may take immediate action where delaying such action could reasonably result in damage to the platform, its Products, its users, or its staff.
Where appropriate, Whyper may contact the affected user to request clarification or provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. However, Whyper is not required to provide prior notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect the platform.
A protective exclusion under this section does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund or other compensation.
16. Intellectual Property and Product Protection
All rights, title, and interest in and to Whyper's proprietary software, infrastructure, website, branding, logos, documentation, interfaces, content, and other proprietary materials remain with Whyper or the applicable rights holder.
Except where expressly permitted by Whyper, you must not:
- copy Products;
- redistribute Products;
- resell Products;
- publish Product files;
- leak Product files;
- extract Product files;
- reverse engineer Products;
- decompile Products;
- disassemble Products;
- debug or technically analyze Products for unauthorized purposes;
- dump Product components;
- crack Products;
- bypass license systems;
- bypass authentication systems;
- modify the Loader or delivery mechanism;
- modify Product components;
- reproduce Whyper's proprietary website or interface;
- reproduce Whyper branding or logos for commercial purposes;
- use Whyper's proprietary materials to create a competing commercial service.
Whyper reserves the right to pursue available legal remedies in response to unauthorized copying, distribution, reverse engineering, leaking, or other misuse of proprietary materials.
17. Account Suspension and Termination
Whyper may investigate suspected violations of these Terms.
Where appropriate, Whyper may initially contact the user to clarify the circumstances or provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Where a violation is confirmed, or where Whyper reasonably determines that continued access presents a risk to the platform, Products, staff, or other users, Whyper may:
- restrict access;
- suspend an account;
- remove access to specific Products;
- permanently exclude the user from Whyper;
- terminate associated Services.
A permanent exclusion may result in the loss of access to active Products or subscriptions.
Subscriptions and Products are not refunded solely because an account has been excluded for a violation of these Terms.
Whyper does not intend to issue exclusions without a legitimate reason related to the operation, security, rules, or interests of the platform.
Permanent exclusion may also occur where Whyper determines that continued access presents a material risk to the security, integrity, stability, or continued operation of the platform, including circumstances covered by the Staff Discretion and Protection of the Platform section.
18. Account Deletion
Users may request or initiate deletion of their Whyper account where such functionality is available.
Upon account deletion:
- the account is terminated;
- active subscriptions expire or are terminated;
- unused subscription time is not automatically converted into a refund;
- associated access to Products may cease.
Deletion of an account does not eliminate obligations that arose before termination.
19. Changes to the Services
Whyper may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
This may include:
- Products;
- Product features;
- website functionality;
- payment methods;
- community functionality;
- marketplace functionality;
- account functionality;
- technical infrastructure.
Whyper may also modify these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Services following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
20. Discord and Community Services
Whyper may operate or provide access to official community platforms, including Discord.
Use of such platforms may be subject to separate community rules.
The community rules form part of the applicable conditions for participation in Whyper's community.
Whyper may remove or restrict a user from its community platforms at its discretion where permitted by the applicable rules.
A community exclusion may be separate from an account exclusion.
However, serious or repeated violations may result in a full Whyper exclusion, including termination of access to Whyper Products and Services.
21. Resellers
Whyper may authorize third parties to act as Resellers.
Resellers operate independently unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Resellers are responsible for their own customers and transactions.
Whyper does not provide direct customer support to customers acquired through independently operated Resellers unless Whyper expressly agrees otherwise.
Resellers are responsible for:
- communicating applicable conditions to their customers;
- managing their customer relationships;
- handling issues arising from their own sales activities;
- complying with the requirements applicable to the Reseller program.
Whyper reserves the right to terminate or restrict Reseller access for violations of these Terms or applicable Reseller requirements.
22. Affiliate Program
Whyper may operate an Affiliate Program.
Affiliate participation is subject to the rules and conditions communicated by Whyper for the applicable program.
Whyper may modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program or individual affiliate participation where permitted under the applicable program rules.
Affiliates must not engage in fraud, misleading advertising, spam, impersonation, or other prohibited promotional practices.
23. Merchant Program
Whyper may provide a Merchant Program through which approved merchants can offer Whyper Products through the official purchasing platform using merchant-supported payment methods.
Merchants may be required to fund their merchant balance using cryptocurrency.
Where applicable, merchants may receive a percentage of eligible revenue generated through their merchant activity. The applicable percentage may be specified by the Merchant Program.
Unless otherwise stated, the current merchant revenue share is 10%.
Whyper may impose additional requirements for merchant participation, including verification, minimum balances, transaction requirements, or security measures.
24. Private Access
Certain Whyper Products or Services may be available only through:
- application; or
- invitation from an authorized user.
Users providing invitations may be responsible for the users they invite under the applicable Private Access rules.
An inviter may therefore be held responsible for violations committed by an invited user where the Private Access program expressly provides for such responsibility.
Private Access may be withdrawn where the applicable requirements are no longer met or where Whyper determines that continued access presents a risk to the platform.
Whyper may approve or reject applications at its discretion.
Private Access payments and associated fees are subject to the conditions displayed during the relevant application process.
25. WHPC
WHPC is Whyper's internal digital platform currency.
WHPC may be:
- purchased;
- granted as compensation;
- granted through promotions or events;
- exchanged for eligible Products or Services;
- used within the Whyper Marketplace for eligible configurations, scripts, or other digital items.
WHPC is not transferable between users unless Whyper expressly enables a particular transfer mechanism.
WHPC does not represent a bank account, deposit, security, investment, or ownership interest in Whyper.
Where withdrawal functionality is available, users may request conversion of eligible WHPC into USDC or ETH on the Ethereum (ERC-20) network, subject to a minimum withdrawal value of US$100 and any applicable platform requirements.
Whyper may modify the functionality, availability, exchange conditions, or eligible uses of WHPC.
26. Promotions, Giveaways and Events
Whyper may conduct temporary:
- giveaways;
- discount events;
- promotional campaigns;
- bonus events;
- special offers;
- WHPC events;
- other promotional activities.
Promotions are governed by their individual rules where applicable.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions are temporary and may be modified, suspended, or terminated.
Promotional benefits may not necessarily be combined with other offers.
27. Third-Party Services
Whyper may integrate with or depend upon third-party services, including payment providers, communication platforms, game platforms, hosting providers, and other infrastructure providers.
Whyper does not control third-party services and is not responsible for:
- third-party outages;
- changes to third-party services;
- third-party bans;
- third-party policy changes;
- third-party security systems;
- third-party payment decisions;
- third-party data processing.
Use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
28. No Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and Products are provided "as is" and "as available."
Whyper makes no warranty that:
- the Services will always be available;
- Products will remain compatible with third-party software;
- Products will remain undetected;
- Products will be free from interruptions;
- Products will work in every environment;
- third-party software will remain compatible;
- game updates will not affect functionality.
Users access and use the Products at their own risk.
29. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Whyper shall not be liable for damages, losses, restrictions, or consequences resulting from the use, misuse, inability to use, or modification of the Services or Products.
This includes, without limitation:
- game bans;
- server bans;
- platform bans;
- account restrictions;
- loss of virtual items;
- loss of game progress;
- data loss;
- hardware damage;
- software conflicts;

- anti-cheat actions;
- third-party actions;

- operating-system updates;

- business interruption;
- indirect damages;
- consequential damages.
Users assume responsibility for determining whether a Product is appropriate for their system, environment, and intended use.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
30. Security
Users must not attempt to compromise the security or integrity of Whyper.
This includes attempts to:
- gain unauthorized access;
- bypass authentication;
- bypass licensing;
- exploit vulnerabilities;
- obtain unauthorized administrative access;
- interfere with infrastructure;
- access another user's account;
- obtain proprietary Product files;
- circumvent security mechanisms.
Whyper reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including permanent exclusion and, where appropriate, pursuing available legal remedies.
31. Support
Official support may be available through Whyper's designated support tickets.
Support may be contacted at:
Support is intended to assist with legitimate technical and account-related issues.
Whyper does not guarantee a particular response time.
Users must not abuse, threaten, spam, manipulate, or otherwise misuse support personnel or support systems.
32. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any applicable Product-specific rules, community rules, program rules, and promotional terms, constitute the applicable agreement governing use of the Services.
If a specific Product, program, or promotion contains additional terms, those terms apply to the relevant Product, program, or promotion.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.
33. Acceptance
By registering an account, purchasing a Product, accessing the Services, or otherwise using Whyper, you confirm that:
