The honest answer to "are Tarkov cheats safe?" is that no provider can promise immunity from account penalties. A software feature, a loading method and a status label answer different questions. None establishes that the game publisher permits the product.
Whyper sells Escape from Tarkov software. This guide explains the limits of the information we publish rather than presenting our own marketing as an independent safety assessment.
Operational status is about availability
The Whyper status board tells you whether a product is currently described as operational or in maintenance. That helps you check availability after an update. It cannot predict future enforcement or determine whether your account will be penalized.
"Undetected" is also not a permanent certification. A provider's lack of known reports does not reveal an anti-cheat system's private observations or establish a measured zero-risk rate.
A loading method is not proof of safety
Terms such as "fileless" describe an implementation approach. They do not prove there are no observable effects, that anti-cheat only checks downloaded files, or that a future detection is impossible.
We do not have evidence that most Tarkov bans are caused by careless settings rather than anti-cheat detection. Nor do we use an unsupported claim about a replay-review process to recommend settings for avoiding enforcement.
The official policy remains relevant
BattlEye's FAQ says its ban policy covers cheats and components intended to bypass its protection. A product's visual interface or loading method does not turn it into ordinary permitted software.
Read the applicable game rules and the full wording of any notice you receive. This guide does not claim to describe every detection mechanism or the scope of every possible restriction.
Compatibility and purchase questions
The Tarkov page lists current features, plans and published Windows requirements. Confirm the edition and mode you need. The PvE guide explains why a general EFT label is not enough to settle mode coverage.
Read the refund policy before purchasing. A Whyper license action or support response cannot reverse a publisher's account decision, reimburse every possible game-side loss or establish that an affected account is restored.
If you see an account notice
Keep the complete message and contact the party identified in it. Battlestate Games support handles its own game account questions; BattlEye support publishes its global-ban appeal route.
For error 229, our support guide explains why the full notice matters and why the absence of an email is not proof that a ban did not occur. Whyper support remains the right place for a separate Whyper license or purchase issue.
